Students and also the parents having high expectations are suffering from it. Those are the major problems happening. The Korean education system is continuously issued. Various media dealt with it, such as drama, news, or documentary. Korean people criticize the educational system every year, and the government changes the policy to make it better. However, there are always fundamental problems in it.  Just like all the other countries, there are many tests executed in Korea. Students and also the parents having high expectations are suffering from it. Those are the major problems happening.      First of all, the relationship between parent and child is deteriorating. Even though the child is doing his best, most of the parents push them to the limit. This causes the child to develop stress with a result of having a bad relationship between child and parents. They do not share information anymore and they don’t even talk as before. For example, last March, a student in Seoul killed his mom. The pressure to do 1st place in Korea caused her son to get extreme stress at studying. It is not the only severe instance that shows the misery of conflicts between parents and children by having high expectations at grades. Then they eventually get a limited education that is just right for going to university. Finally, they go to university according to their grades, not their aptitude, because they have a scarce chance to look for their careers. This situation can make an unexpected situation. People with a highschool degree gets the opportunity to take this test. There is about 5 to 6 subjects in this test. For the parts of science and foriegn language, the takers are able to choose which one they are going to take.       These days, many of the education experts are mentioning that KSAT has a lot of problems. According to the educational expert Sang Woo Kim, he mentioned that the KSAT does not help students to think I should work more harder after getting a bad result.   South Korea is famous for its education. The passion for education is amazing, and this leads to students studying hard to achieve their goals. People say, “Studying is the easiest way to success” in Korea , saying that studying is one of the only fields where effort can triumph over talent . However, this is wrong. No matter how much effort you put into studying, a student in poverty triumphing over a student in a wealthy environment is like a giraffe winning against a lion. It isn’t impossible, but it may as well be. This brings us to the subject of inequality in education. Students streaming out of academies at 10 o'clock.
